The Copper Chef Titan Pan is a 28cm, professional, all-purpose pan, perfect for all your cooking needs. What makes this pan unique is its tri-ply design with a super non-stick coating. It has a layer of aluminium for fast heat conduction between two layers of stainless steel for even cooking and heat retention. And the cooking surface is laser etched to a create a raised steel matrix and filled with a non-stick diamond infused coating. This raised steel matrix contacts your food to brown, sear and caramelise it with ease. The Copper Chef Titan pan also has 7cm high sides and a straight wall design, which means you get a bigger cooking surface and a larger capacity than regular pans. Plus, it's scratch resistant, metal utensil safe and suitable for use in your oven and on all stovetops.
