2011 Debut solo album from Thin Lizzy guitarist with two bonus tracks. Plus ‘The Brian Robertson Album’, an instrumental set recorded during the same period. Influenced by Free and Bad Company, the album’s bluesy hard rock also revisited Thin Lizzy’s ‘Running Back’ with two different versions, and ‘It’s Only Money’, plus tracks by Brian’s Scottish pal, Frankie Miller. CD2 features ‘The Brian Robertson Album’, a 13 track instrumental collaboration between Brian and R. Jeffrey which was recorded around the same time as ‘Diamonds And Dirt’. The package also features an extensive new essay based on new interviews with Brian Robertson conducted by Rich Davenport and Thin Lizzy expert Per Olsson.
